Please allow 5 - 7 working days for delivery within the Republic of Ireland or the UK.
Postage & Packaging: All orders under €250 will be charged a standard fee of €8.50 for post and packaging.
All orders above €250 will be delivered free of charge.
Deliveries outside the Republic of Ireland or UK will incurr extra charges.
Our Refund and Returns policy
The right to obtain a refund is valid where products have been found to be damaged, faulty or incomplete upon delivery. The quality of the product in relation to the price that was paid, and the product description, will determine whether a worn out product is eligible for refund.
To obtain a refund, send your product to Donegal Equestrian Supplies, together with a filled out returns form. It is important that you provide us with sufficient information about your reason for returning the product, how much you have paid for postage and if you would prefer compensation by a replacement or refund of your money. You will also be compensated for the return postage costs if the fault is on behalf of Donegal Equestrian Supplies.
You should allow 2-3 weeks for Donegal Equestrian Supplies to process your return and compensate you accordingly.

Returns and Exchanges If you are not satisfied with your product in any way Donegal Equestrian Supplies gives you 30 days in which you may return or exchange your item.
Exchange: You may only exchange an item to a different size. You are not allowed an exchange for another color or product. If Donegal Equestrain Supplies are unable to provide the size you require, a product in an alternative color will be offered, or a similar product which best matches the product you require. If is unable to provide you with the size you require, or an alternative product, you will be refunded completely.
Returns: You may return any item as long as the products are in the same condition and packaging in which they were sent out in.
Please note however that Donegal Equestrain Supplies is unable to provide a refund for any items that appear to be soiled or damaged in any way. In addition, no refund or exchanges can be obtained on items that have been ordered with embroidery.
To return or exchange your item, send it together with a completed returns form and send to the address listed below:
Donegal Equestrain Supplies, Finner, Bundoran, Co Donegal, Eire.For exchanges make it clear which size you require. You must cover the cost of return postage; however, Donegal Equestrain Supplies will send you your replacement free of any charge, once per order. You should allow 2-3 weeks for Donegal Equestrain Supplies to process your return and send out a replacement, or to refund you accordingly.

Lost and unclaimed orders If your order is returned to Donegal Equestrain Supplies after being sent out, we will contact you by email and telephone and your package will be sent out once more free of cost. If we have received no reply within 14 days, you will be invoiced for all costs. If your order is returned to Donegal Equestrain Supplies a second time you will immediately be invoiced for all costs; this includes product and all shipping costs. Please note that if an order is lost when being sent back to Donegal Equestrain Supplies, you will only be compensated if you have the postal tracking code.
